Independent and International
Founded in 1991, NMC-Ennismore became the fully integrated UK office of the NMC Group in 1998. With consultants in seven European countries membership of the NMC Group enables us to carry out cross-border search assignments, using both consultants and researchers who are native to, and who are based in, each country where the assignment is being conducted. The NMC Group has offices in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan and Zurich.
The NMC Group has exclusive partnerships with an executive search firm with 31 owned offices in Central and Eastern Europe, and with an executive search firm with two offices in China. Consequently, we have helped blue chip international clients to successfully recruit senior people in key geographical areas outside of Western Europe.
The consultants in each office have strongly developed roots in their own markets and are therefore familiar with the local business culture. They offer the best possible expertise to their clients. All offices adhere to the NMC philosophy and use similar search and selection methods. There is a European co-ordination unit, which ensures consistent conduct and quality between the offices. In addition to this, consultants from all countries meet together on a regular basis.
