Assessing the situation
Our Executive Search process starts with an assessment of your human resources and organisational situation. We will only accept the assignment if we can conduct it in accordance with our standards as well as yours.
The process begins with a comprehensive inventory of information and cultural factors. The two consultants who carry out the initial assessment examine company and market details, education and experience criteria, and other objective measures. They also pay considerable attention to subjective criteria and cultural issues. This inventory process also includes interviews with key officials in your company.
Job profile
Following the inventory and analysis, we draw up a job profile that contains all the qualities and requirements for the position in question. Once the client has approved this profile, the search process commences.
Searching and sourcing
We employ various Executive Search tools simultaneously. Initially, our excellently equipped research department compiles a broad selection of target industries and target companies. This involves a meticulously created database containing personal and professional data of approximately 50,000 (potential) top executives in Europe. In the next step, one of our search officers contacts potential candidates found in our network system or by references who are another source for finding the right candidate, supported by our database.
